Our market-leading language programmes offer a totally French-speaking environment which gives students an unparalleled opportunity to practise the language. In fact, we believe that a week at the Château provides learners more exposure to speaking and listening to French than is possible in a whole term of lessons back at school.
Read on for all the information you need to secure a place for your learners on one of our popular Normandy residentials.
To check availability and receive a no-obligation quotation just contact us with your preferred travel dates and group size.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred dates but please note that our language centres are sold out in peak weeks from Easter to July, with priority given to school groups that have stayed with us before.
To avoid disappointment we recommend that you consider travel dates in the Autumn or Spring term to guarantee a place on a centre-based programme.
As soon as you have approval for the trip, contact us to accept your quote and reserve your dates. We'll hold your place while you get students signed up and collect deposits.
The number of students can affect the price of your trip, so we are here to help generate interest with posters, presentations and parent letter templates.
Your booking will be secured as soon as we have received your holding deposit.
Visit our safety page for all the information you need to complete your risk assessment while we get cracking with your arrangements.
You will need to pay your group's second deposit eight weeks after the holding deposit. The final balance is normally due twelve weeks before the trip departs.
Three months before your trip we will send you a login to manage your booking online. At this stage, you will need to confirm your passenger list and advise us of any special dietary requirements and medical information.
Once these details are complete we will send your final itinerary, with detailed timings and activities, and all of your travel documents.
All that’s left is to start packing – and we’ll even send you packing lists for students. During your time in France you will have 24/7 support from our centre managers based in Normandy.
