Food Allergies and Intolerances

We do our best to accommodate pupils with allergies and dietary requirements at our centres in France.

• We do not use nuts or nut oils in our kitchens.
• Those with allergies and dietary requirements will always be served first at mealtimes.
• Bread is sourced from local bakeries; though we try to partner with suppliers who can guarantee no traces of nuts in their products, this is not always possible.
• We cannot eliminate all traces of nuts due to the presence of walnut trees within the grounds of Château de la Baudonnière.
• For those with more severe allergies, we encourage parents to pack their own vetted food items for peace of mind.
