You can now view your booking and enter all your details online. You can check your travel itinerary, your program and even your finances and enter your rooming details, names list, dietary and medical requirements and activity groups.
Two to three months prior to your visit, we will provide you with a personal log-in username and password.
Once you enter your booking, you can change your password thanks to the ‘Change password’ icon.
To View your travel itinerary, please click on the ‘travel itinerary’ tab at the top of the page. Please bear in mind that our travel itineraries are always subject to changes, so don’t hesitate to check them regularly!
To fill in your forms, click on the ‘Party Member’s List’ icon. The Party members page has clear guidelines as to how to fill in this form, but let us know if you have any queries.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note it is vital you fill the entire form (dorms and activity groups included) 2 weeks prior to departure at the latest as we run all of our reports from this system. This is only in an attempt to improve our organization with health and safety requirements. Unfortunately, we cannot consequently accept other forms of lists.
