Cider makingEach autumn we make cider at our original ancient cider press - and teachers can sample our cider through the rest of the season! GroundsThe 100 acres of private grounds at the chateau provide a tranquil backdrop to our courses. All of the activities are hidden in the wooded glades and the site never feels hurried or rushed. Whatever the season - it is a beautiful place to be. | Animal farmThe farm at the Chateau is loved by students and staff alike as well as providing hands-on opportunities for 'petits boulots', feeding the animals and improving vocabulary. ClassroomTime spent in the chateau classrooms fits around activities. Many sessions have a small introduction spent covering appropriate vocabulary before moving outdoors. Meals and accommodationOur aim is to make you feel at home, and our warm and cosy accommodation and delicious meals all add to the ambience. | ChateauThe Chateau is a beautiful environment to stray in, comprising of a collection of original buildings and 100 acres of meadows, lakes and landscaped grounds, all dedicated to our school groups. ExcursionsOur local area offers a honey pot of sites to visit - from historic towns to fun filled venues, and we will create a visits programme to meet the needs of your group, as well as the opportunity to use their french at each site!
