Interests

All outdoor pursuits both land and water based, travelling, cooking, music and team sports.

Experience

From 1993 – 1996 Steve worked for 3D Education as a Chief Instructor.at large UK activity centres for school groups. As well as being responsible for the overall safety of all activities, he was responsible for the performance and training of up to 120 activity instructors.

From 1996 – 2002 Steve ran an instructor training programme at Duchy College in Cornwall during the term time, and a life skills Summer Camp for boys between 11-16 with difficulties in the holidays.

From 2003-2005, Steve returned to 3D where he held the position of Action Pack Co-ordinator responsible for an activity team of over 50 instructors across 8 centres.
